DNA School
A 3-day school we ran at IIT Madras Research Park. Content creators with more than 500,000 followers taught founders how to do the same — no theory, just the actual playbook from people who had already built the audience.
DNA Village
40 people staying together in a model village for 3 days. The point wasn't the schedule — it was learning about each other beyond the job title. Founder, artist, doctor, investor; all of it melts when you cook, walk, and argue together.
A documentary, in theatres
We made a documentary about DNA School and released it in a real theatre. Not a showreel or a private screening — a public theatrical release, with an audience, popcorn, and the whole thing.
Base — Chennai's first hacker house
We built the city's first hacker house. Builders under one roof, shipping in public, with the door open to anyone serious.
Investing in people
Not in decks. In people. Money, introductions, time, a room, a co-founder — whatever the person is actually short of.
None of this was planned in a strategy document. It happened because the right people knew each other.
